A new rapper by the name of papoose is creating quite a buzz in the rap world. I haven't heard a whole lot of material by him, but I know he's been doing some material with Talib Kweli and that's nothing to take lightly. I've been hearing his name come up more and more. After hearing him on Kweli's Right About Now cd I decided to do a little research.
I came across a video on youtube called alphabetic slaughter of him rapping his way through the alphabet. Great stuff. He definitely showcases some serious talent with his rhymes. He does more damage with one letter than most so called MCs can do with a dictionary in front of them. Papoose is definitely an MC to watch out for. He's a breath of fresh air in a rap scene filled with sub par artists.
