I’m pretty excited, I managed to get tickets to The Cunninlynguists concert in Boston in December.
For those of you unfamiliar with the name, unfortunately I’m sure many still are. The Cunninlynguists are a hip hop trio hailing from Lexington Kentucky. They’re pretty big in the underground scene but outside of that they get little of the recognition they deserve. Their style is extremely versatile with songs ranging from silly and light hearted to deep and deadly serious. Like Eminem, they can have you laughing one minute, then crying the next with clever lyrics that leave you dwelling on them long after the music has stopped.
