Killer Mike is a great, very underrated rapper in my humble opinion. Outkast introduced him to the masses, but since he has remained primarily on the outskirts of the mainstream. I’m sure most recognize his name, but he really isn’t played on the radio all that often. It’s ashame because since his debut he has released a bunch of excellent mix tapes. I’m sure the pairing of Killer Mike against the back drop of a Sinatra classic would offend many delicate sensibilities , but so what that’s life.
